I was the only one to whom she gave a tour in Russian. And I am very grateful that they did not refuse me, because to go by train alone would be completely different from the sensations and emotions of perception, and I simply would not see a lot of interesting things. I went on 4 excursions from this tour desk in early August 2023. I really liked the guides Armene, Egor, Anna, Gevorg. They know a lot, tell interesting stories, look after clueless tourists who sometimes forget things, then forget themselves from the beauties of Armenia, include wonderful musical accompaniment. My friends recommended this travel agency, they went with them on several excursions, so upon arrival on vacation in Armenia, I immediately applied here. On 21.06 I went on a tour of Sevan-Dilijan-Goshavank and so on, I really liked everything! Many thanks to the guide Hasmik, it was very interesting, I saw and learned a lot of new things! I really want to recommend this tour operator, thanks to whom our trip to Armenia at the end of June was unforgettable.
Before arriving, I read all sorts of reviews about the need to pay for tours when booking. I want to say that we did not have such a problem. I wrote a message to the tour operator in all messengers (I advise you to use the Whats App first of all for communication), and we booked the tours we were interested in, and paid for them on the first day of arrival. Moreover, the tour operator is very responsible, if you have booked, then the trip will definitely take place, even if the bus is incomplete. And the price is the best in comparison with other companies and private guides (I personally checked and contacted almost all of them).
Very good staff in the office. The girls are insanely friendly: they will explain everything, prompt and help if any difficulties arise (thank you for sharing the Internet with us and explaining where to go).
Before each excursion, you will receive a description of it with all the necessary information on the messenger. When boarding the bus, everyone is provided with water and cookies (although someone may already not get the sweet, but out of 4 trips, we tried it twice, coming at the very beginning).
Separately, I want to say a huge thank you to our guides, each of whom was a real professional.
Egor was our guide twice, and these two trips to Tatev and Garni turned out to be the most memorable and impressive. Egor is a real fan of his business, it seems that he has studied all the facts and legends that only exist in the world. He has a well-organized timing, wayward latecomers return to the bus, and you don't have to wait for unlucky neighbors. I also want to note the excellent English accent, my French husband was pleasantly surprised by Egor's pronunciation.
Our second guide to Khor Virap was Gayane, a very pleasant lady who treats every tourist with reverence. She steadily provides interesting historical information, focusing on important details. And leaves pleasant impressions of a kind person and a diligent guide.
On our last trip to Lake Sevan, Marianna was the guide (I really hope that she did not misrepresent the name). She is a very sweet, touching girl who tries very hard to tell, please and help every tourist in an interesting way (she was even ready to give me her coins to go to the bathroom, which I could not allow). Therefore, I also recommend it to you.
In general, all the guides that we came across are very good, each in their own way. And thanks a lot to them for that!
I advise future tourists to book tours safely, be prepared for changeable weather (raincoat, sunscreen, windbreaker is always better to take), do not forget about food and drinks (sometimes there are not enough stops, and unfortunately, you can not eat on buses). And if you speak English quite fluently and are very scrupulous about punctuality, give preference to groups of their foreigners (Russians are often late, and Armenians are even more so, be prepared for this).

Thank you for the tour, of course, I was not without excesses, but they did not depend on the guide in any way, but Nina was on the alert and immediately helped, provided first aid and together with the driver they took me to the hospital, and later they took me away.
The driver generally feels like he used to be a professional Formula 1 racer, very smoothly went through all the turns and overtook everyone!
I recommend the direction of Horvirap, Jermuk and Areni. The places are very beautiful and it wasn't too crowded.

We booked a month in advance, there was no confirmation until the day of the proposed trip, in the end they said that it would be, but not on that day and in general in Armenian and not in Russian.
