A clean, quiet area, within walking distance of Spar and Magnum supermarkets, a gym, children's playgrounds, many clothing stores, a good polyclinic nearby, private gardens, near Khan Shatyr shopping center. There are no traffic jams yet. I highly recommend it.

Level 15 Local Expert

A comfortable house, with a face ID or you can enter, to the right the code. The combination lock to the apartment is very convenient if you forgot the keys. Beautiful paintings, mirrors. The playground is cool. A chic area, everything is nearby. The big disadvantage is the lack of underground parking. There are always problems with cars in the yard
