Very poor customer service. They have unexpected conditions that are not mentioned on their website. For example, they provide a contact number and address, but in reality, the courier needs to add a WeChat contact first and call through it to get a response from the staff. When contacting customer service, you might even be asked, 'What do you suggest we do?'—which is very unprofessional. Of course, there are some specialists who do their best for customers, but most of their CS staff don’t know how to work with customers. A well-deserved 1-star rating!

This is the worst courier service ever. The orders aren’t delivered to the locker of my choice, next to my home. Instead, they randomly deliver to a distant locker, and you have to travel by car to get it. If you choose home delivery, you end up with the same situation, as the delivery isn’t made with a prior agreement, but on a random day and time. I haven’t chose onex, however, it was selected by temu, so I had no choice.

Terrible service. When you email, you either get no response or a very delayed one. When you call, the line is often busy. This is not a good business model for a company like this. Either there should be enough staff to provide proper customer service, or you risk losing customers to competitors who can deliver the service you’re failing to provide.
