I visit here almost every year. In 2015-2020, it was the coolest, cleanest, well-maintained complex in the area. But in the last 5 years, everything has changed. The gym, sauna, and indoor pool were closed. The territory of the complex has become worse than before. The playground has never changed, and the same goes for the sports field. There is no security as such. The fountains that stand at the beginning of the complex have not been working for the last year. The elevator is old and often breaks down. The complex was very good, but due to the change of managers, it deteriorated badly.

I spent about a month at the Onkel residence in Turkey, and unfortunately my experience turned out to be extremely negative. Externally, the complex looks quite attractive, but, as they say, not all that glitters is gold. In fact, the territory turned out to be very tired and neglected, which immediately catches the eye. The first thing worth noting is the condition of the apartments. They clearly need to be repaired and updated. Inside, it looks like no one has lived here for a long time. I expected a more comfortable stay, but the reality turned out to be far from the stated standards. As for the infrastructure: the website lists a swimming pool, gym and spa, but none of these worked during my stay. The pool turned out to be closed, and the gym was simply "arrested" — that's what the reception told me. The situation with it is generally unclear, and no one can explain when it will work. Spa services are also not available. In the end, I didn't get what I paid for. The electricity is periodically cut off, which leads to the fact that the air conditioner and other important appliances simply do not work. This is especially unpleasant on hot days. Elevators also often fail. If you live on the third or fourth floor, be prepared for the fact that going up and down the stairs will be a real challenge. As for the distance to the sea, the stated 700 meters are absolutely untrue. To get to the beach, you will have to cover several kilometers intersecting two or three roads. And if you want to get to a cleaner beach, then you can't do without a taxi or renting a scooter. The water quality in the sea leaves much to be desired. In the place where I found myself, the water was dirty, and it was a big disappointment. It is also worth noting that the fountains in the residence simply go out and do not change for weeks. This creates an unpleasant impression about the whole complex. When I complained that all these services were not working, I was bullied and rude. It turned out that no one was going to refund money for unproven services. The internal mess among the managers only makes the situation worse: they cannot agree among themselves and at the same time continue to take money for something that does not exist. In general, my experience of living in the Onkel residence was extremely negative. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for comfort and quality. It's better to spend your money on a more decent option!
