The only thing when connecting was a problem with the router. The guys are working great, if it weren't for online, Spartak and veseloe would be cut off from the world... and then you sort of take it out yourself, the connection doesn't catch on at all! Somewhere the weather will break the wire, you will be sitting without a network, no one will come for the next 3-4 days, and they hang noodles on the phone that they are fixing the problem. I want to put only zero! They imagined themselves to be kings, they did not wait for the brigade to leave, they did not pick up the phones, they took a lot of money (7000 rubles) for restoring the cliffs after the shelling.for new equipment (and connect the old one), for fixing a breakdown on the line, they demand 3,000 rubles for gasoline from pensioners (10 km from the office to the repair site)!!! The check is not issued at the same time!!! They said you won't pay, we'll turn off the Internet, which is exactly what happened!

There are constant failures after which there is no Internet for three or more days!!!(in a month, it normally runs like this) Tech. the support is disgusting, the arrogant guy is doing you a favor by talking to you.... Very frequent equipment breakdowns and breaks on the lines, they do not want to solve the problem right away, people repeatedly stayed without the Internet for the weekend, workers do not care, now because of the snowfall there is a break again, when the problem is fixed it is unknown, the operator's answer is "we will try to fix the problem within a week", i.e. not the fact that the Internet will appear in a week, How is that?? At the slightest bad weather conditions, the Internet turns off. Even one star is a lot for this provider. *I will add my review from 02/28/12. please teach your operators to communicate politely on the phone, you talk as if with some kind of cattle, I'm getting more and more disappointed in your provider!

I was a client of this provider. He left for the reason that there was a systematic shutdown for a day for no reason. "We only recalculate if we turn off the Internet for two days." Why would I need this if I want to have Internet access every day, not every other day.

Only after the Internet is turned on, they require you to top up your balance. And then we'll count it ..... Yeah, keep your pocket wider. On August 4, I paid a subscription fee and on August 6-17, 2023, there is no Internet. Daily calls to the support service do not give anything. 17.08 went to the main office on the day of the reception of the head. The head is "hiding" the attitude of the staff is boorish.
