I want to say a big thank you to the team Onliner.by . I bought a tricycle through them, but it came with a bunch of problems — a crooked frame, a bent shock absorber, there were not enough mirrors, a trunk and the power did not match. The seller was stalling, but when I contacted Onliner, they really helped — they connected to the solution and after a few days they replaced my equipment. It's nice that the site has not been left out and really cares about customers. Thank you for your help and great approach!

I used the delivery of this service. The website says that it will be delivered the next day, but during the conversation it turned out that it could be delivered either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Even on the 2nd day of waiting, no one can say at least the APPROXIMATE delivery time, no one knows anything and no one cares. It would be better to arrange delivery by some European post, rather than by courier, who only knows when he will arrive. Regarding timeslots: I got a call in the middle of the working day, they said they would be able to deliver the order at such and such a time today, I could only pick it up at the very end of the timeslot for the city, which I said. But! No one was able to ensure delivery to the designated timeslot. In general, the delivery organization is disgusting. I don't recommend wasting your time and nerves on this. It is better to personally decide with the seller how to receive the goods than to use this service.
