They were fucked up by the Catalog department, frankly... More than half of the sellers there do not accept cards at all! When you write about this to managers, the answer is from the category "well, the courier does not accept, yes, but the pick-up point accepts once a week, so what are the claims". The claim is that it is illegal. Read it, if it doesn't work out, contact a lawyer. It turns out to be some kind of nonsense, because if the seller does not accept payment by the terminal, then in 99% of cases he sells illegal, which means he cannot give a guarantee of the quality of the goods. And it turns out that the on-line supports illegal activities, even when the buyer openly complains about it. Negative reviews are rarely published. I wrote to such a seller once - I spent 30 minutes choosing the product and placing the order, chose delivery and payment by card, and the store called me back and said that only in cash, but they could not issue a check, since their cash register broke right now, my order was worth 400p+, I refused to pay like that, without checks, just with some handwritten piece of paper and said cancel because the store refused or was out of stock (so that the onlineer would kick their ass for canceling the order), they canceled the order because the "customer refused". I was outraged by this, I wrote the whole situation to the Onlineer, and they finally told me, "we called the seller, he said that you refused the product and we will not publish a review." Well, like a super -seller, we take his word for it, and my screenshots and my word (and there was also a recording of the conversation!), the buyer's word - in one place. I will no longer order through their shopping cart, because out of 7 times, only 1 time really brought everything, and everything was clear and normal. I also advise you to think about whether it is worth using their catalog if they do not bear any responsibility for sellers, but they do not care about customers. Let them not earn! After all, they charge commissions from stores for each of your completed orders. Order directly through trusted stores, simplify your life!

And now you go to the seller's website from the catalog, and the prices are lower! And now, first you look at the prices on the liner, and then on the manufacturer's website. This increases the time it takes to make a purchase. And if the product is not in stock, although it is indicated on the website that it is. And here is the third point. Occasionally you come across a situation where it is indicated that the product is in stock, you order it, and then you get a call back and they say no. You click on the complaint that the product is out of stock and that's it... Nothing happens, the next day the product is still there, but you will not be able to order it. Why use this feature if no changes are taking place? The constant spam from the onlineer is very annoying (red numbers on the bell). I am not interested in your suggestions, they do not correspond to my interests at all! You cannot disable this spam. Moreover, it constantly hangs, then the screen burns out in this place! A ton of advertising is also annoying! Are you not making enough money from the stores that you are pushing so many ads? These banners are full-screen, some kind of caper. The best thing is advertising gambling with sports betting, just top!

Unrealistic amounts for orders, neither the buyer nor the seller sees the phones, there is no way to consult or consult. Just pay and that's it! There is an alternative today, so the online store will not last long, both buyers and sellers are leaving. It's disgusting that it's impossible to delete an account! I was faced with the complete incompetence of the support staff. I bought the same product through the Online shopping cart, paid for it through their Clover payment card. Both times they called, confirmed orders, set a delivery time, but on the designated day they reported that the product was "not available from the supplier" ... at the same time, the same product appeared a couple of days later in the catalog from the same seller. I reported this to the Online customer support service - the answer is "we call the sellers, yes, they didn't have the goods ..." ingeniously, but why would I write if the goods were in stock?!? A week-long correspondence - no solution was offered. After being asked to tell me where the book of comments and suggestions is located and in whose name to write a claim, they stopped responding to my emails. You can't work like this, dear ones!
