This summer, I had to urgently look for a new master, since mine left for permanent residence in another city. I chose this beautiful studio! I've been there three times over the summer and it was very comfortable all the times. It was especially nice to come for a pedicure after work. I'm in a comfortable chair, I was offered coffee with a yummy and I almost fell asleep to the movie) I also tried the "4 hands" service 1 time, it's very cool when there's not a lot of free time. The girls are very nice, the atmosphere is amazing. I definitely recommend it! And, of course, I attach a photo from the last manicure)

I do not recommend visiting this salon. I came here for a manicure for the first time. The nails on the sides thinned and instead of restoring them to me with gel, the master simply removed the entire length under 0, because he simply would not have time to do everything for me)) Apart from the fact that my length was removed, the nails are all completely different and crooked. I had a manicure done in an hour. I shouldn't care what time you have there, you should calculate the time for each client, taking into account that there are different situations.
But coffee/tea is offered, and the TV is turned on)) There are only show-offs, and the quality of service is 0.
My nails grow slowly, so I won't be able to look at my hands without tears for a long time.

My first negative review in history. But I think it's my duty to leave him.
At first, I was faced with terrible service and customer attitude. The master was 40 minutes late for the procedure, and I didn't even get an elementary "sorry for the wait" in response from him.
Today I went to another master for nail polish removal and treatment. It turned out that there was horror under the gel polish. I had terrible cuts, the nail cracked and broke off when I was with gel polish.
If there was an opportunity, I would put a minus 5. A place where neither your health nor time are valued. And they charge sky-high money for it.

I was very upset with the attitude towards customers! In the current epidemiological situation, the master serves clients who come and sit without a mask. There is no possibility to pay by card, only by transferring money to another bank's card, but a commission is charged for this!!! And to my chagrin, Master Marina replied very disrespectfully that if something upsets me, I can go to another salon ((( very rude to the client ((( the mood is spoiled(((
