I reviewed the works of the masters and realized that I wanted to sign up for Rakhima.I signed up for a haircut and coloring on February 19.I waited a week. Since I signed up via the Internet, I was worried that suddenly the recording did not go through and decided to write myself and confirm it on WhatsApp. I found the phone of the salon and wrote on Thursday, February 16. The administrator confirmed the recording on February 16 and on Friday the 17th morning there was a last message from him. I calmed down and was already waiting for my record. On February 19, I come to the salon at Moskovskaya 189a and the administrator tells me that I am not registered with Rakhima, that I received a call and did not get through. The recording was not confirmed. That is, they just took down my record. Without checking the correspondence in the chat. They just deleted it. How is this possible? I wrote to the administrator myself and they confirmed it to me! It just doesn't fit in my head. So I didn't get to Rakhima, because another client came to her right in front of me, and I need to fly away and I didn't put on makeup before the trip. But I was looking for a good salon, not a cheap hairdresser, precisely in order to avoid such situations! It's not normal. This is the last century. This is the image of the owner. There are all sorts of controversial situations, but to let a person down like that is complete unprofessionalism.
