The application freezes, does not show any data or your balance, and writes that you are not connected to the Internet, so there is no access. Even if the phone is connected to the Internet. As a result, it is impossible to replenish the balance through the application, and there is no form of payment from a card on the website. Just stomp to the terminal. Guys, we need to get out of the cave, it's the 21st century.

The quality of the Internet is disgusting, jumps intermittently from 5 to 100 MB with a tariff of 300 MB and a router for 1000. It's still normal for the phone, but Yandex TV constantly freezes, the solution to the problem is seen only in connecting the wire to the TV. The question is, then what is Wi-Fi for? If they wanted to wrap wires around everything, they would have done so. The price tag is high, the quality is very poor. Three days ago, they left a request for a tariff change, the operator said that it would change within 30 minutes, by the evening everything was the same, called support, said that the tariff change takes a working day, sold, no changes, the Internet disappeared this morning. As a result: the tariff has not changed so far, there is no Internet at all, I hung on waiting in support for more than 30 minutes, as a result I was dropped, it is impossible to get through anymore. There is nowhere to come either, on Sat and on weekends. But the subscription fee is deducted clearly. It's a pity that there is nowhere to switch
