The choice of fish is quite good, the price-quality ratio is one of the best in the city. 2 kg of carp without a head and 500 ml jar of sauce cost 247 thousand soums (price March 2024). There are a lot of customers, the waiters are nimble at first glance, but I took the fish with me, so I can't say for sure for the service. Основное блюдо в этом заведении - рыба. Готовят очень вкусно. Обслуживание быстрое. Персонал очень вежлив. Рекомендую попробовать форель на углях. Ну очень вкусно.
Ещё понравилось, что есть отдельный семейный зал. Там есть топчаны. Вечером обычно всё занято. Место достаточно популярное

Having been there, everything fell into place. It's all about the roasting technology. They cook excellent fish there. Not over-salted and not under-salted, crispy, just the same in moderation.
The guys certainly did well.
I didn't like the fact that they serve an ordinary loaf with fish.
I recommend that they use rice and various healthy salads as a side dish, plus at the end serve a light soup with tomatoes, eggs and herbs.
It would be unusual, but most importantly very useful.
