It is better to go to the same cosmetologist. Opatra's service is terrible. Not decent sales managers. They say and guarantee anything in words, but in fact you will encounter a completely different service. There is no dedicated cosmetologist, you need to explain everything to everyone every time, and many of them are not competent. When you come and say that you have another plasmolifting procedure, they will do something else for you, interrupt the procedure and also tell you that they know better what to do. They have not fulfilled their obligations under the contract, they are always trying to sell you other procedures, and they are not cheap. Every time, they take out your brain so that you buy something from them. They are trained people to sell all their products with learned phrases. One thing is because, every time. In principle, they are not interested in the result. It was said that the microneedle rf would supposedly remove the scar under the skin, not only did the scar remain the same, it was also awarded pigmentation.

I was told everything would last 1.5 hours, how did I know that only 10-15 minutes would work with my face and the rest of the time was chatter, I won't describe what they were pushing and offering, but I will say a very well-worked scheme, so you have to buy right now and that's it, it's good that there was no 2.5 million in your pocket, installments there were no plans to take it, she left with nothing, when it was already clear that I was not taking it, and the previously polite suddenly did not even say goodbye normally, a sharp transformation, came out and immediately remembered the movie "Scammers", too much like, drew conclusions and decided not to set foot there anymore

06/19/2024 visited the Opatra London salon for the first time. The staff are polite, "too much", I understand that politeness is a culture, BUT it bothered me too much. To the question who is the CEO? The answer was "ALL THE LEADERS", so in this salon everyone is just "leaders"!. I immediately noticed that there is an "imposition" on the part of the staff, apparently they consider us "naive"!? They immediately arrange an installment plan without offering a "CONTRACT". My principle is to first familiarize yourself with the contract, the license of this salon and after familiarization, I sign and after all I give my consent to the collection of personal data, i.e. IIN, which the staff did not do and thus violated the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan! Interestingly, they took me to the accountants , and there, without my consent , they almost issued me a loan to Halyk Bank. I don't remember the girl's name, while we were looking at whether the bank would give me approval and this employee brought me a package containing a gift and as soon as I said that I would read the contract at home, she immediately took it away (even if I sign up for your salon, I don't need your gift), when I said goodbye, I just saw them "The TRUE " face, everyone sat in silence and did not spend, there was no trace of "politeness" left. Alas. visitors before registering, read the contract, and this is very important!!! I am very sorry for such "chameleons"

A chic interior, a pleasant team, and, most importantly, incredible doctors and cosmetologists! They are very attentive, endearing and highly qualified! Being there, you feel like a queen and you are convinced of this by looking at yourself in the mirror on the way out. I am very grateful to the girls for the beauty on my face and the admiration on my husband's face!!!

Провели процедуру по увлажнение лица. Косметолог Гульзана все доступно рассказала объяснила. Процедуру провела на вышем уровне. В целом очень приятный и вежливый коллектив. Клиника достойная своему имени.
