I bought zero vehicles from this Opel dealer in Istanbul. The rear windshield wiper of the vehicle was not installed during delivery. Returning to the hometown, it was rainy weather, so when I turned on the wiper, I did not realize that there was no wiper, and the rear window was scratched. When I reported the situation to the dealer, instead of creating a solution, I was told, “it may have been stolen while parked,” as if joking on the phone. It is impossible to accept such a defense on zero vehicles. When I requested an examination of the cameras, I did not get a serious response. When I requested a photo image from the cameras, they treated both the customer service and the dealer with a distracting attitude. It is clear that pre-delivery checks were not carried out. While the interest and relevance are at a high level during the sale process, there is no interest left or return after receiving the money. Messages are not answered, the responsibility is completely assigned to the customer. I made my complaints to the necessary official places. The purpose of writing this comment is not to defame anyone; it is to emphasize that those who will buy zero vehicles should be very careful. I recommend that you check every detail one by one when taking delivery of the vehicle and be more controlled and cautious, especially if you are going to buy from this dealer.
