“I recently visited the Open Cinema Almaty, and it was just incredible! The place is simply gorgeous — a huge screen that is perfectly visible from any corner. Plus, there are comfortable ottomans where you can relax and fully immerse yourself in watching a movie.
I was especially pleased with the opportunity to have a snack and drink right on the spot — the bar offers an excellent selection of drinks and delicious snacks. And the hookahs here are just at the highest level! Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the evening.
Special thanks to the staff — the guys are real professionals. The service is excellent: everything is clear, competent and well-coordinated. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all my friends!”

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your cinema. I bought tickets in advance, but a few hours before the session it turned out that I would not be able to come. I asked to reschedule the tickets for another day, to which I received the answer "yes, no problem, any day just show the correspondence." However, when I tried to take advantage of this opportunity, I was refused, citing the rules.
I value agreements more than anything in my life. If they had refused right away, I would not have been upset. But such behavior on the part of your staff is absolutely unacceptable. I often visited your cinema when it was on Seifullina. I did not go to a new location, and I will not go after such an attitude. You've lost a regular customer.
