There is no privacy. They enter the treatment room without waiting for an answer while another patient is there. They can't give accurate information at the reception and drive from one counter to another. One employee says the results will be in the afternoon, the other in two days. The bot for getting results online does not work... Upd The results were sent to Telegram, I'm glad that I didn't have to travel.
