They can't give accurate information at the reception and drive from one counter to another. One employee says the results will be in the afternoon, the other in two days. On the second visit, I ordered a stool test for bacteria + antibiotic resistance, and at the same time I donated blood for a general analysis. They sent a blood test for bacterial markers and antibiotic resistance of candidiasis, which is absolutely not what is needed. They do not respond to requests, they do not even comment.

Yesterday, I visited a laboratory in Tashkent with two young children (one is one year old, the other is three years old) and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The medical staff turned out to be insufficiently qualified: the nurses could not get into the veins of the children the first time, which caused them to give several injections, and the children cried a lot. In addition, the staff at the reception were rude, they promised test results in a day, but in the end they were given them only the next day. When I called on the phone, I came across an employee who didn't even know the names of the tests and their cost. In general, prices in this laboratory are high, and the quality of services does not meet expectations at all. I do not recommend this laboratory to anyone.
