I had a rest with my friends here on Friday, April 18th. Overall, everything is fine. The kitchen is 4+, the service (Alina) is 5, the girls on stage sing at 4++ (Maria at 5)
Of the cons: a hookah bar in terms of knowledge of 4, a set of songs in the DJ's file 4+-, but I was more bothered by the traffic lights above the table ... the guys don't need it like a goat accordion (( deshmanit club…
I've just read the reviews from other users. Everyone has their own opinion and this is normal. But the guards are rude(((. We came to the club first and sober. The mood is great. Dres... good. But you have to understand that people entered the club in costumes that are far from cheap. The guards are rude. They asked us to strictly and convincingly pay the deposit at the entrance(((we were like schoolchildren crowding on the threshold. We decided to celebrate a bachelorette party with our friends and chose the Opera karaoke club. We have never regretted the choice.
The place is beautiful: the interior, the entrance group, the decor. The entrance group greeted us politely and escorted us to a table. There is a cool photo zone with an authentic interior and design.
We would like to express our great gratitude to the waiter Ivan! For attentiveness, courtesy, and cultural service. For advice in choosing dishes and drinks throughout the evening. Everything was brought on time, responds promptly and politely to requests, demonstrated high-quality service!
I would also like to thank the art group of the karaoke club for the bright congratulations and for the wonderful backing vocals.
Hookahs are the same at the level - the masters were able to choose what we like.

We decided to celebrate my anniversary and chose this bar. We ordered several dishes, but the salmon tartare exceeded all expectations, it's just great! I really liked the bar, pleasant atmosphere, great selection of cocktails, pleasant music. The staff is polite and responsive. The best place in Vitebsk for recreation.

The sound is good, but the perception floats from the position in the hall (not their fault, it is impossible to do better in a room with columns).
What upset me the most is that most of the songs I like (even without swearing and political component) are forbidden to be performed, at least without additional payment. The rating is underestimated because: the vocalists were interfering with the singing. Although they were asked not to help.
The rules of the establishment are not clear. When booking the table for Saturday, it was not announced that a fee is charged for the performance of songs (not funny) at certain hours and days. I think it's worth informing people about all the current rules when booking a table. Thus, an increase in information content would not hurt.
Smoking cigarettes is allowed in the establishment, there is nothing to breathe. If that's a plus for someone, OK, but there are people who can't stand tobacco smoke. Okay, hookah, that was fine, but not cigarettes. I visit different establishments and I don't see smoking cigarettes, hookah yes, but not cigarettes. It's really cool to leave an institution when all your clothes are soaked in cigarette smoke.
The music is very, very loud, and it's impossible to talk at all. To say something, you need to speak too loudly or shout yourself.
I'm not asking you to judge an institution based on my feedback and assessment. After all, there are so many people, so many opinions. Someone will like this place. Some don't.
I wish this institution to develop for the better, there is always something to strive for and where to grow.
