The workload of the establishment was small, 4 tables were occupied. When calling the administrator, she did not try and, accordingly, could not resolve the conflict positively. With such a service, there is no desire to return to this institution and recommend it to friends. The impression of the evening was ruined. I consider my request justified, and that it could have been solved without any problems.

We were with a friend on a weekday, all the tables were free (later 2 more tables were occupied). That is, the place is practically empty. We ordered snacks and alcohol for a good amount. Well, let me sing to people for free on such days! Ordering a song for 100 Belarusian rubles (almost 3000 rubles in Russia) is really too much for an empty hall. Next time, we'll just go to another karaoke.
