An excellent hotel, a strong 4-star hotel, the room has everything you need, except for bathrobes: beautiful slippers, cosmetic and hygiene kits, water and a tea station. There is even a kitchenette. Clean, beautiful. Wonderful breakfasts, including local specialties, a large selection of delicious fruits! The location is very convenient, 10-12 minutes walk to the very center, the cascade staircase is 5 minutes away, we met the dawn and saw off the sunsets)
In the lobby of the hotel you can exchange currency, the exchange rate is good. The service is at a good level.
I recommend it!
The only drawback is outdated shower heads, water pours in all directions, it's uncomfortable. It is advisable to update.

Even the cards accept the world, which is also a plus. The staff is Russian-speaking, but not everything is good. You can explain yourself in English. Among the disadvantages are a leaky shower, the lack of towels for feet and a bathrobe, which were then brought after I asked for it, a broken safe and the lack of a minibar. An amazing hotel, wonderful service - we met them seriously a couple of times, it was nice. The view from above (at breakfast in the restaurant) is the best in the city, I think. The breakfast is brilliant, the price tag as a whole is more inhumane than that of the competitors. So, in terms of price and quality, it seems to be the best offer. Great location, but sooo tired hotel - furniture, plumbing, leaky bathroom, dripping faucet. On the plus side, everything is quickly put in order, but the carpet and furniture cannot be repaired already.
If only to sleep, then it is quite ok)
The staff is as polite as possible and always meets you halfway - this is a huge plus of the hotel.
In general, we will be happy to come back after the renovation.

Great location and views from the window. The restaurant is on the 12th floor with a small terrace.
I don't need a car, everything is nearby.
We had a suite with a kitchenette that didn't even have a fork, let alone dishes. A strange decision.
The Jacuzzi was broken in the bathroom and the valve plug was removed for this reason. In short, do not take a bath. We were with a small child to bathe him, plugging the drain with a shower cap ( don't thank me for the advice ).
The breakfasts are great, the staff is very pleasant. They helped with everything! Even in conflict with the taxi driver, who wanted money not in drams, but in rubles for the trip. By the way, this is very common here, be careful!

Замечательный отель с чудесным видом на Ереван. Проживала на 10ом этаже, откуда открывался отличный обзор на весь город.
В номере было очень чисто и уютно, проживала там 3 дня, каждый день в номере проводилась уборка и замена белья. А также пополняли индивидуальные средства гигиены.
Завтрак в формате шведского стола был представлен в большом ассортименте на любой вкус, естественно с армянским колоритом.
В отеле есть бассейн, попасть в который, увы, не удалось, так как лучше заранее звонить бронировать и записываться на его посещение.
Также в отеле есть круглосуточный бар и есть ресторан.
Посещение ресторана оставило самые положительные эмоции: все блюда очень вкусные, заказывали в номер, принесли довольно таки быстро.
Единственное, что негативно повлияло на проживание в отеле-это температура воздуха в номере. При заселении поняла, что очень жарко, включила кондиционер, не особо помогло, позвонила на ресепшен, сказали, что придут помочь, но так никто и не пришел. Справилась сама- пришлось выключить радиатор.
В целом все очень понравилось. Рекомендую.

Отель понравился ! Просторный номер , отличное расположение. Есть спа - центр , вроде как скидка для постояльцев отеля , ходили с мужем , по цене не поняла про скидку , но примем на веру , что 50% прошло . Если дети не умеют плавать , то не получится взять их с собой , бассейн глубокий , немного лежаков , атмосфера релакса и тишины ( мы были днем ). Рядом много мест, где можно покушать , но с учетом курса в июне , все было дорого в пересчете , поэтому лучше бы взяли с завтраками и ужинами 🙈но каждому свое . В отеле есть банкомат.
Спасибо отдельное за торт на день рождение , приятно когда без напоминания комплимент от отеля. Обязательно вернемся еще

Новый современный отель недалеко от каскада.
Красивые панорамные окна в номерах и в ресторане на завтраке. Завтрак -очень приличный. Каши, омлеты, мюсли, сыры, фрукты, армянские десерты, орехи-есть все.
Номер - на двоих-достаточно хорошо( если брать не первой категории).
Но вот с трехместным однокомнатным номером беда. Третье место в номере-это проваленная сломанная раскладушка или такой же проваленный диван. Что-то просить или требовать-бесполезно. Больше двух ночей на троих в одном номере брать не советую.
Я не требую от отеля 4* чего-то сверхъестественного. Но спальное место должно быть хорошее, чтобы не мучиться со спиной после путешествия.

These are 3 stars in jumping and skating. And not the best three-star. 4 stars are out of the question. Everything is crooked, hardly anything works normally (from the watering can in the shower to the window), breakfast is just below all the baseboards (I have never seen so many broken dishes in the serving). No one has ever set foot in the gym. The only plus is that the bar is open 24 hours.
A nightmarish hotel, it could be safely called a "Trial."

The advantages of the hotel: central location, cozy rooms, a set of accessories. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious (porridge, basturma, sujuk, churchkhella, omelet, bacon, cheeses).
Minuses: 1. The most important thing is a disco until the morning on the upper floors, slotting for the deaf... You can hear the whole hotel, even if you live below the 6th floor... A nightmare! It is impossible to get enough sleep. The staff can't do anything, according to them, "the bar does not belong to the hotel ..." Curtain.
2. The service is weak. At breakfast, the tables are cleaned slowly. If there are no seats, stand and wait. When moving to another room, the conditions turned out to be even worse. As a result, we waited 2 hours for relocation...

I wish to tighten the level of cleaning for the hotel and you need to start changing the furniture and taps in the bathroom. For the first time we lived on the 11th floor, upon arrival it was quite clean, the view was beautiful from the window, minus - when the air conditioner was turned on, there was a smell of burnt wiring and dust, the seal on the windows needed to be changed-noise was heard from the window and it was cold in October. . The second time we lived on the 5th floor, it was dirty. Semi-annual dust on the lampshade, wisps of hair on the floor, old dirt in the sink in the corners, apparently not cleaned with lime plaque, fungus in the shower at the bottom - this suggests that the shower is not washed thoroughly after each visitor, so taking a shower is somehow squeamish, and the floor is apparently washed quickly in the middle, the corners are dirty, the furniture is worn, the corners on the headboard are broken.

I will write an honest and full-fledged review of this "hotel". We stayed for 2 nights, get some sleep and leave. We decided to take this hotel, closer to the center. But after 15 minutes of being there, we realized what a mistake we had made. The hotel has 4* listed, but we have been to many places and this is a maximum of 2* with a huge stretch. The rooms have an outdated design, but come on, it's for an amateur. However, everywhere is shit, everything is falling apart, when we were in the room, a painting hanging on the wall fell down. This additionally suggests that this "hotel" looks more like a bar on the 12th-13th floors than a normal "hotel". Apart from the complete ruin and dirt in the room, there are no slippers, no towels, well, nothing! Everything needs to be asked for. The atmosphere is not that cozy, it is terrifying. Stained old carpets, in the hallway, a sea of dust…Cherries on the cake. For many years, it was the first time I saw a hotel where the floor (namely 8) is for smokers!!!!!!!! So, be ready for floors 9-10-11, you'll be breathing smoke, even reluctantly! Accordingly, the rooms are smoky because of the persistent smell! And the coolest thing is the "shalamny" on the upper floors (12-13). In 2024, does someone keep a bar above the hotel with dancing and drinking?! Accordingly, the rumble will be 3-5 floors down! This is unacceptable savagery.
Separately, according to the staff, they are trying, well done, working as best they can and are ready to help. But the management ... apparently the desire to earn money defeated common sense.
In total, apart from a good location and good staff, there is nothing good here. It's just a terrible place, with a maximum of 2*... exceptionally suitable for those who want to sleep under the degree, after a stormy night in the bar on the 13th floor.
PS A separate joke is that with a frequency of 20-40 minutes, the sounds of crying, screaming, moaning come from the hood ... apparently this is how the system works, but this is the sound that spreads throughout the room. 👎🏻

Потрясающий вид из окна, я проживала на 7 этаже, номер с видовыми окнами, это чудесно. В номере есть все необходимое:
мини кухня, чайник, чай, кофе и т.д. Отель находится рядом с Каскадом и оперой. Отличное расположение. Персонал доброжелателен и внимателен. Мне все понравилось, чувствовала себя комфортно. Рада, что остановилась в этом отеле.
