Due to the circumstances, we went to this optics ourselves, where both women just swooped in with their claims and questions, and why didn't you come to us for so long, one of them said that she already wanted to report us to the police! So that's what I would like to tell you, dear ones. If you worked in Minsk with such a spirit and "respect" for your customers, you would not have worked there for a long time! Moreover, when the points had already been paid and it seemed that they should have peacefully dispersed, the second aged employee still could not calm down and continued to wail, and what, and what! To which I couldn't stand it anymore, and asked her what more do you want?! It was only after that that she returned to reality a little and perhaps remembered that she was not at the bazaar, but at work in state optics! In general, to say that we came out of there annoyed is to say nothing! For the boorish attitude, I will write another complaint on the site, of course! And yes, they came for the glasses within a month. If there is some kind of law that regulates the processing of an order - its readiness and obligations to pick it up, you should have immediately warned us that we do not have glasses, but you need to come to an example within one or two months, and not then aperitize with some of your own conjectures without agruments! How do you still work there, seriously, there are no words!
