Then they said that they were -4.5, but the equipment was broken, I offered to check in their workshop, to which I was told that it was far away and that in general the diopters on the packaging might not correspond to reality. Then I offered them to close them to sharashkin kantor - the lenses do not match the quality, the master inserts what he wants into the frames, the equipment is broken, the boss knows better what diopters the client needs, even his non-types, the workers are boors. The conclusion is this - for your money, you will be spoiled by vision in this optics.
