I applied to this optician to install glass lenses in my frame. I checked on the phone in advance if there were any lenses, they said that there were, but under the order. No question, we were ready to wait. Surprisingly enough, when the consultant arrived there, she stated that they were not there, and they did not work with glass. And only after insistent explanations that they said otherwise on the phone, the consultant clarified with the master and nevertheless took the order. The order was in my frame (in perfect condition). Today I took away glasses with defects: damaged paintwork and cracks. I'm attaching a photo. It's a shame, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent optics! The staff is very polite and helpful! And the doctor is just great! A lens fell out and I was helped very quickly and efficiently to find a temporary one until the one I needed was delivered (they only bring it to order)! Thank you very much.
