I was in this office in May 2022. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable to sit while waiting for a ticket call. The service is without complaints. I opened an account and a card as a non-resident. We made a personalized Visa Gold card in a day. But I do not know how things are now with the opening of cards for Russian citizens. In general, the bank card works without problems, including when shopping online.

Very polite relations for customers, but it's a pity that sometimes it's even impossible to withdraw money from an ATM, but the rest can be tolerated👍
