Even when you buy tickets, it is not indicated and for some reason no one finds fault and does not arise, but your bank is a special place! They found fault with the fact that the patronymic is indicated on the passport in Russian, but not in Latin, they did not give the money! Although they provided the receipt code and phone number, it was essential to indicate the patronymic, which does not translate into Latin in the passport! We stood for a whole hour, just wasted nerves and time!
