If nerves are dear to you and you need a kitchen earlier than in six months, then do not order it at the ZOV factory.
I turned to them in June 2023 - at the moment the kitchen is not fully ready yet.
Although they promised a maximum of 1.5-2 months, the kitchen is small. Until you sign the papers and make an advance payment, the manager behaves very nicely and responds promptly, and then begins to ignore for 1-2 days. After the promised deadline expired, the delivery date was postponed and breakfast was constantly served. The most annoying thing is that they could not show anything according to the documents: the contract stipulates a production period of 90 working days (this is about 4 months + the possibility of a delay of another 14 days without explanation at the initiative of the manufacturer) - but when signing the contract they said that this was just a formality and they always do it quickly.
Finally:
1. I made an order in June, the kitchen was delivered at the end of November. It's December and she's not fully ready yet.
2. All this time I had to live in an apartment without ceilings and furniture, because the ceilings were installed according to the project to the kitchen set, and there was nowhere to put the furniture, because everything was filled with kitchen appliances (which I bought immediately in June and stupidly waited for the set).
3. When the kitchen was assembled, it turned out that there were several essential details missing. I had to wait 3 weeks again for them to be ordered. And I'm still waiting.
4. During the assembly, the internal parts of the kitchen were damaged and did not tell me about it. Fortunately, when I discovered the defect, it was later fixed.
5. The delivery of the missing kitchen parts, of course, was delayed and no one warned. Now the "waiting for you" mode is back.
What are the conclusions? Don't take my word for it, read the contract and avoid the factory "CALL".

Polite and competent specialists. They clearly fulfill all requests, give good advice and help make a dream come true. Now I don't have a kitchen, but a fairy tale!!!

В конце мая заказала в DKP кухню фабрики ЗОВ. В инстаграмм увидела рекламу акционных предложений,вопрос мебелировки кухни стоял остро,решила не мешкать и воспользовалась ситуацией.
Лет 10 назад друзья заказывали на ЗОВ кухонный гарнитур,остались довольны,ЗОВ для меня оставался в приоритете.
Получила обещанную скидку,кухня была изготовлена в оптимальные сроки.
На всем протяжении сотрудничества с DKP поддерживалась обратная связь.

Хочется отметить профессионализм дизайнера Ирины,замерщика Евгения.
Гениальный мастер по сборке Владимир сложил качественные паззлы ЗОВ в нашей весьма не стандартной небольшой кухне.
Всем домашним результат очень понравился. Наш "центр Вселенной" вернулся к жизни)
