First, they impose an examination, which I do not want to do, and then a doctor's consultation. It would be more logical to first listen to the essence of the problem, and then schedule the necessary examinations. In general, I am very unhappy. I'll go to another center, but it's a pity that the other ones have an appointment for one and a half to two months in advance, and here for the day after tomorrow, which also indicates the quality of the medical center.

They didn't say on the phone that the glasses matching service was removed from the diagnostic service, but it didn't get any cheaper. As a result, the cost of diagnostic services with glasses has increased by 40% since May 1, 2025, i.e. in 2024 I gave 80 rubles, then in 2025 I paid 120 rubles. Otherwise, there are no questions for the specialists and the work of the center.

I've never written bad reviews, but I can't help but share my negative experiences here. I came to this medical center initially for diagnosis. After the diagnosis, I was referred to OBUKHOVICH's "doctor" for a consultation. I went, of course, as I planned to make a correction. Naturally, I had a question about the possible consequences/complications after surgery, to which I received a very "professional" answer from this person: Haven't you read it? (seriously, I kind of paid the money and wanted to get answers from the doctor). I didn't hear anything clear, but they told me that 0.1% of people have complications. I agreed to the operation (because my friends who performed such an operation were fine), which I regret now. After the operation, I began to see poorly up close, the small text that I saw perfectly (I could even see the sample on the ring) is now floating, especially in artificial light it is even worse. A month later, at a routine checkup, I voiced this problem to OBUKHOVICH, to which I received an inadequate reaction, aggressively proving that I had perfect eyesight, and to my comment on why everything was blurring at close range, I again received a "professional" answer: "Buy yourself a lens!" A very boorish attitude on the part of this "the doctor." I don't recommend it to anyone!
