I bought an internal combustion engine for Audi a6 c6 2.0 tdi bre in Optmore! They installed it on the car and decided to replace the timing kit on it, after opening the timing protection, a rivulet belt was wound on the lower pulley, the marks did not match! I put everything on the labels of the internal combustion engine did not even start! I called and said we'll change it! I think it's okay! I brought it back, exchanged it for another one. Installed on the car, launched. It worked well, but after 30 minutes the turbine fell apart in half, we'll change the bell! OK! Changed it! I started driving, sometimes I noticed that gray smoke happens with the exhaust, I thought the turbine throws because it has backlashes! The engine drove 1,500 km and 40 days passed from the purchase, after which it began to smoke incessantly and the antifreeze level dropped! Driven by a motorist! They lifted the cylinder head, took it for inspection. The result is punched into two cylinders! They removed the pallet to replace the hexagon, and there are pieces of metal and the module of the balancing shafts is missing, they removed the inserts! The crankshaft is in hard bullies!
I wrote to the manager of optmotors, completely ignored!
Whether to buy an ICE assembly from them is up to you to decide! I'm not naked in this office anymore!

The customer orientation of this company left an unpleasant aftertaste and failed with repairs.
I needed a clutch kit for a car, flipping through auto parts websites in the evening I came across an ad in this company. Since it was already evening, I placed an order online on the site, specifying my contact details. After waiting for the morning, I called the specified number on the website, clarified the availability in stock, referring to my order…They told me that the clutch was available, and I replied that I would come and pick it up on the same day. Well, we will wait, come, they kindly replied to me in response.
After leaving work, he rushed to the warehouse address, simultaneously planning the necessary repairs. When I arrived at the place and told about my arrangements, I was told that the clutch was sold to some first comer 15 minutes ago. This begs the question, why all these orders on the site, calls and phone arrangements with the manager, if in fact they are given to the first person they meet who came for the part.
As a result, there are no spare parts, no planned repairs, only time and nerves spent. And by the way, they were the only ones who had the right grip.
p.s. I have never written negative reviews, I always treat people with understanding, but this situation showed me the customer service of this company.

The guys are great! I bought an E60 engine from them. Everything turned out to be as they said - the mileage of the engine is not great, it works fine, I forgot about the problems with the shutters on the M57.
I also want to say a special thank you to manager Stas, who somehow very politely and promptly helped me choose the right option from those that were available.
