One of the worst branches. The three of them came and ordered their new products from the Master in the Aggregators and their telegram bot is written without pickles, they added pickles and the hashbrown was as if someone had eaten it before us, when they ran over them, they began to show those. A map of another caesar roll dish and saying it's the same thing is this dish and there go cucumbers. The order was waited for 45 minutes until the moment of the scandal with the composition, although they changed the status to ready in 5 minutes, apparently the management monitors the status but not the process itself. Judging by how the courier from Tezkor waited for the order for more than an hour, I think we were not the only ones who were in expectations. The administrator does not understand a word of Russian. Pepsi arrived with a torn label as if from an ass. The same receptionist works in the kitchen without gloves. By calling their call center, which is indicated on the receipt, they passed the information to the branch manager. And we ended up hungry and angry because we didn't do the food properly for a long time and still lost more than one hour of our lives. I never recommend going there on a terribly spoiled evening.

It's good that they are there.We have nearby, although samsa and pilaf and kebabs are cooked delicious, but we go to Oktepa lavash for a club and shawarma. That food is national, traditional, and this is modern food.

Why 3 stars.
I will try to give the arguments on which such an average assessment is based.
Firstly, if you are driving and only saw the sign of this institution while driving, I hasten to disappoint you. Their parking is non-standard. Either you have to be a very experienced driver who can reverse out of a narrow entrance, or you have to park the car away from the diner itself.
I only tried pita bread. I only got heartburn and a feeling of an unpleasant taste in my mouth, which is probably the fault of the sauce.
Of the advantages, I can only note the relative cleanliness of the hall (tables and seats) And it is possible that other positions of the dishes are tastier, so I will not underestimate the rating below average.

The service is at zero!!! The manager is not doing his job. Then the rolls are burnt, then the cutlets are overcooked so it is not possible to eat. The branch at the TTZ is the most terrible, it's better not to eat at all than this. Money is wasted.

Ужасно, ни когда больше там не буду брать, а их заведения теперь только стороной обходить . Когда я подошёл на меня внимания не обратили даже, хотя видели не сколько человек, кассир прошел мимо меня с телефоном и с кем то разговаривал . Когда я обратился к нему , он дальше пошел ни чего не сказав. После того как все таки заметили меня , заказ готовился долго и кассир при этом ходил и брал из контейнеров руками без перчаток еду, а так же ещё подошёл где готовится мясо и туда тоже руками полез и все это было у меня на глазах это ужасно , когда делают так при посетителях .

Про качество еды сказать не смогу, так и не пробовал. Пришел, заказал лаваш,(шаурму) смотрю повар не чешется, стоит болтает, 2 минуты, 5 минут, мне стало интересно сколько он простоит, прежде, чем пойдет готовить, поэтому стою молчу. Я заказывал на вынос поэтому стоял у раздаточного окна. В итоге на седьмой минуте повар пошел на кухню, вытащил откуда то готовую шаурму и кладет ее в микроволновку. После чего я отменил заказ, забрал деньги и пока не решился там поесть.

Т.к. это относительно новое заведение, пока (на момент написания отзыва 25.05.2022) ребята работают шустро. Я заказывал на вынос лаваш и мне он понравился, мясо не жирное и не постное, соус не горький.
Есть один хороший плюс, что при заказе можно вносить свои предпочтения, к примеру, я не люблю чипсы, майонез и кетчуп. И в момент заказа, они точно всё указывают передавая на кухню. Ни разу не было, чтобы они по ошибке добавили не нужный ингредиент, как это бывает во многих других заведениях такого типа, по причине конвеерных заказов. Причём, они никогда не используют кетчуп - только свой соус, приятный и ненавящивый.
Ставлю 4 звезды, т.к. в телеграм боте и на сайте не предусмотрена возможность выбора ингредиентов блюда: без чипсов, без майонеза и т.д.
Отсутствует круглосуточная работа.

Очень не вкусно. Обслуживание никакое! Просишь и заказываешь одно, а готовят другое. Одно хорошо- чисто и уютно. Еда этого кафе один большой минус!
