There were no hot drinks (tea, coffee) in the Chirchik branch today. I made an order, and I had to go to another place for drinks, after that, I returned to the Chirchik branch for an order to have dinner, to which the cashier said that it was impossible to come to the institution with other drinks, I asked why, she did not explain why and repeated that it was impossible. I demanded an explanation or to call the administration, after waiting for the administrator, he took me outside and repeated that it was impossible with drinks, to which I asked to show these rules, where they told me "what are the rules, bro" after a young man connected, as seen from the side, and explained that it was impossible because these were competitors' drinks and offered to pour them in glasses of the Oqtepa brand, I agreed and only after that I was able to enter the restaurant and continue the meal. We kindly ask you to have a conversation with the staff and give out all the rules of the institution, so that I, as your client, could visually and document what is possible and what is not allowed in your institution. This incident left a negative impression about the branch. Thanks to the person from the outside who suggested an alternative, although it could have been done at the checkout and not brought to such an incident

I was there, tried their cuisine, everything is fine, the staff is also great, we bought their products with us, and the fact that the staff can freely explain themselves in Uzbek and Russian pleases me. One mine parking lot is very small and sometimes traffic police officers are put there, which makes many drivers nervous to stop there, and so everything is cool, good luck.

I contacted this office twice. The first time there were no products at all. The second time I was surprisingly lucky, I ordered 4 pita bread and 4 pepsi spills. About the order: I stood for 10 minutes until the cashier woke up and started serving the customer who came after me. I made a remark, apologized and accepted the order number 266. Surprisingly, after waiting for 15 minutes, my order did not appear on the order screen. Back to the cash register, the person behind the cash register said that I ordered from the street, did not swear and told them to check the cameras and make sure that I made an order indoors. I waited for 10 minutes again and finally my order is ready!!! And oh, horror, I did not expect this, what they were doing there that I waited so long, but what they submitted did not meet the expectation. Cold pita bread, almost with raw dough. I'm just disappointed and I don't recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered mini lavash and tandoor lavash, Yes, we have problems with quality in Chirchik. I wonder if there is anyone checking the food at all, This is someone's business, is it really all the same to the management? Moreover, there is a lot of competition now! It opened around February 2023. Earlier (in the autumn of 2022), there was a little-visited pilaf kitchen at this place. There is no assorted pizza. Darling. But at the same time, it's hefty, not for one, half is enough (there are no other sizes on the menu). I don't recommend pizza yet. There doesn't seem to be a coffee machine (cappuccino and that's all). There is just a black one and 3 in one of the package. The place itself looks cooler than even EVOS, but the product is not cooler than EVOS yet. Instead of spoons for tea-coffee, some flattened plastic tubes with which it is impossible to stir anything properly (however, like Evose, they are exactly the same.)

We ordered pita bread in tandir, it was ready in 10 minutes, there was a smell of chymose in the institution itself, the smell as if the room was treated with dichlofosis. The pita bread itself was cold with a large admixture of cheap sauces, of which there are a lot, the meat is undercooked.then they suffered a lot with heartburn.
