There is no shawarma. They took a large one with onions, onions in large chunks and crunchy, meat like boiled and not fried. The signature sauce is ketchup mayonnaise. The shawarma is dry, the lavash is fried on top just a little. Generally disappointing 😞 Shawarma with cheese is the same story.
