I strongly recommend not staying at ORBI Group City in Batumi. The apartment was in terrible condition: dirty, broken cupboards, soiled bed linen, a blockage in the shower and a damaged shower stall. The condition of the room is completely unacceptable. The staff is irresponsible and does not respond to requests. We asked several times to bring clean towels and extra bed linen, but we were completely ignored. Elevators are a separate problem. They are constantly breaking down, and queues for them start from the very entrance. Every time you climb a floor, it's a challenge. If you want to spoil your vacation, welcome to ORBI City. Otherwise, it's better to choose another location.

We had a rest in the summer of 2024 in Orbi City building C of Batumi. The rest turned into a nightmare, it's a whole quest to get into the elevator. The elevator halls are packed with people, the elevator is packed with people, it took up to 30 minutes to get into the elevator. Of the 6 elevators, 4 work, sometimes the 5th one is turned on. The Lobby itself is also packed, everything on the street is packed with cars, people, dogs and garbage everywhere. The impression is disgusting.

My friend and I rented a room there in September, after spending the night in the morning we found bedbug bites, after which we went to the administrator, to which he replied that we should call the owners and not get through to them. In general, the money for the remaining 2 days was not returned to us, and after arrival we had to dry-clean the car with ozonation and throw all our clothes in the trash.
