Don't buy a Chinese for anything. A supported Japanese or Korean is better. Since the purchase of the GEELY Atlas, there have been knocks from the front running gear of the car. I signed up for a service and chassis diagnostics at the Volkswagen Center (Gili Kuljinka). The guys from the workshop looked at the car, But by some miracle the cause of these sounds turned out to be "pumped up" wheels by 0.05 Kpa. Manager Andrey does not want to admit this as a guarantee case and every time he comes up with some kind of "excuses" not to admit it. The weather is not the same, the car is too dirty, the ice on the wheels, etc. Also, rusty parts have already been found on the car in places, although the 2024 car was NOT involved in the accident. I ask the management to look into this case!
And I ask people not to buy cars in this center, and even more so the "Chinese automobile industry"!!

On the plus side:
the new salon is very comfortable, the staff is always polite and competent, there are no questions about the regulations.
Of the cons:
I love when the papers are drawn up correctly and correctly, because when handing over the car to the service, they should already be responsible for it, but they ask you to sign the acceptance and transfer papers immediately, i.e. theoretically if something happens to the car there, then the paper stating that you accepted it properly has already been signed, in addition, the check list with the inspection of the car is not It is being compiled, the cost of some spare parts and work is overestimated at times.
The most expensive thing in the car is its engine, the oil from the factory and until 2023 it was branded Special G, now Castrol, I liked the original more, the engine was silent with it, I think you can overpay for oil, but it is now not on sale from the officials.
Not the best, but not the worst service either.

The center is new and beautiful, but only the quality of the center's work is not impressive. I've been running diagnostics on the engine and on the suspension. As a result, I was given an error report on the engine, of course, but the exact problem with the car was not revealed. It was recommended to replace all the parts included in the error report - candles, coils, throttle cleaning, turbine valve, gas pump control unit. They billed 1 million tenge (works and spare parts) and said that the parts would take 2-3 months.
I don't know if everything is so bad with spare parts and degradation of service everywhere now.
There is no feeling that experts work in this service.
As a result, I went to order spare parts for Exist, the deadline is 1-2 weeks, and I will probably look for an unoriginal service.

Even the receptionist needs to persuade him to make a diagnosis. Who is this car electrician, the owner of a car service station? You obey him and you can't do anything about it, it's easier for you to put up with it. This is not the first time, and not only with smna. I will not be silent! And I will write a review to Germany for such a service and mess. I promise! I take a taxi, please reimburse my taxi rides from it or from the company responsible for it. I'm not talking about cellular communication, just to find out if my car is ready!? No, just to find out: have they started diagnosing or not!☝️🏻
Advice to customers! Don't be silent, write. Get your way. We pay money for it. And they should not tolerate such a boorish attitude. You should know your rights.
