We sent a detailed technical specification with an example cable and full specifications by email in advance. We have received confirmation that the order will be completed. However, as a result, they issued a cable that does not match the parameters at all. When we returned to the store with the board and this cable to resolve the issue, we encountered an interesting reaction. The seller pretended that he did not know us, but simply replied to our arguments and correspondence: "Well, you have already bought, it's your own fault." In the end, he even stated that they don't have such cables in principle. The result: complete incompetence in our own product range. Mail arrangements don't mean anything here, and the responsibility for their mistakes is shifted to the client. I strongly do not recommend it.
