I will do it with pleasure Actually: The experience with the company is extremely positive, although we are not ordinary customers. Our order was difficult initially, from the "picture from the Internet" series. Three other companies didn't even get to work. The girls from orbit work under the slogan "madness and courage", so even the most unrealistic projects are being done, and difficult clients are happy. I would especially like to mention the manager Irina, who is not only a pro in product knowledge, but also an excellent negotiator and just a cool person. The order was difficult, they accepted it at their own risk, which increased the terms of the contract.. but even here the orbit was not let down, the entire penalty was paid as prescribed in the contract ... that's what I consider a professional approach to the client.

The window was installed today: 08.12.2021. There are no complaints about the quality of the installation. I hope it won't be to the windows themselves in the future, although the deadlines were delayed ... BUT! There was a residue regarding the registration of the transaction. Namely: in the design of installments. In the initial conversation (when explaining the terms of the installment plan), none of the company's representatives talked about an additional fee of 3% to be paid under this agreement... as a result, this translates into an additional amount. Therefore, I recommend that those who wish to conclude an agreement with Orbita Comfort LLC carefully study the contents of the agreement before signing it. Especially section 2. The cost of the work, the form and procedure of calculations. For me, it was item 2.2.3. As a result, I decided not to order the rest of the windows here.

We ordered windows to a private house, we really wanted a frame for a tree. They offered a normal price for such frames and good terms. The work was all performed according to the contract, there were no large cracks during installation, everything was sealed with high quality. The slopes were immediately made, carefully, even the finish was not damaged. We are satisfied, thank you!!!

This company has installed Pexay windows in our entire apartment. I really liked the quality, and the price is reasonable. And also friends who were interested in me about this company and chose between them and another company have now chosen in favor of the latter. It is worth learning politeness and tact. This company is not the only one in Grodno to behave in this way, and even more so to its head.

achtung is the only company where the window sill is not included in the ordered size the windows are made of high quality but during pickup and installation the windows are deliberately misaligned
