This is the most homely, cute, small hotel we've visited lately. 🥰 Absolutely everything is cool! The nicest and most helpful staff tried to help us pay for our stay with the MIR card, but ... unsuccessfully, beautiful, stylish and cozy rooms, took us with a dog! And what great breakfasts, with tables set for a number of people, very varied and delicious, albeit simple food (porridges, omelets, pancakes), but how decorated and served Just 100 out of 100 points I advise everyone! And many thanks to the owners and employees and prosperity!!! May you always have a lot of guests! I wish there were more such hotels!

The hotel is very cool, cozy, comfortable, clean, quiet, we had a two-room room, each room has its own bathroom, shower, air conditioning, TV! The breakfasts are delicious and wonderful. The only hotel in the city that accepts pets, for this respect, the staff is polite, responsive, and ready to help at any time. Our two weeks have been great) Thank you Orbit for your hospitality, I definitely recommend it!

I liked everything very much - excellent, comfortable loft-style rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast was also pleased with the quality and variety. The rooms are cleaned perfectly. We stopped by twice, at rooms 10 and 15. Minor disadvantages can of course be found, for example, not very good noise insulation between the rooms, but overall, the impressions are positive. If we visit Shymkent again, we will definitely stop here.

From the nuances: the Internet is not stable, it constantly falls off. The noise from the street from cars and fans of honking, it is not comfortable to sleep with the windows open. We were in room 15, windows facing the road, although the outer fence protects, you can still hear the noise of the road. But this is a city hotel, if you want silence, go to the mountains) it's probably quiet there

The staff is super. We are used to the fact that if you can have pets in a hotel, then this hotel, to put it mildly, "sucks".
