An educational institution)))) There is a parking lot. You can park next to it on the road. Comfortable sofas in the waiting room. Polite staff. They work around the clock..... kind of. The results are in a couple of days. The only thing is, the results are sent only after you write to them, as if they are waiting for the "give" command.
