Terrible company. I don't recommend it to anyone. You should wait for installers whenever they want. When all the bugs were fixed, I dialed them and asked how to pay. He asked for banking details. They said we won't give it, the penalty will be paid and we will take the money from you through the court. Terrible company, if you have nowhere else to order windows, cover them with cellophane and be patient, but don't order from them!
