Service is slow. Staff have an attitude. Not enough place to seat while waiting. Only after waiting for an eternity and coming to counter they tell you that you got the wrong number and need to get a new one. There is no one at machine to direct people.

This is one of the most disappointing banks I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve visited 5–6 times, and every experience has been frustrating. Instead of focusing on looks or appearances, the bank should seriously work on improving its service quality and customer support. I truly regret choosing this bank.
