We decided to walk around the city. After several hours of festivities, I go up to the room - I see that definitely someone was rummaging, things are not lying like that. I take off my shoes - the carpet is all wet for half the room! As a result, apparently they gave water, but since their faucet in the shower did not close normally and flowed, and the drain did not work almost completely - everything was flooded. Up to the 1st floor, until it started dripping at the reception. That's when they realized, they opened the room. During the eviction, they threatened the police, took a fine of about 2000 rubles, despite the fact that all the problems were created exclusively by them!🤬

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but if it's hard, they can help carry it. There was no kettle in the room, to numerous requests to bring it by phone, they said yes, we will bring it, but in the end they did not bring it. The staff as a whole does not care, does not try very hard. Breakfast was first said at 6:30, but in the end they allegedly did not have time and opened the dining room at 8:00. It's quite noisy outside the window. I don't plan to stay at this hotel ever again.
