We went on a family individual tour with the company - 2 adults, 1 teenager. There were a number of clear wishes: good hotels in the old part of the cities (Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent), professional guides with a detailed historical story, train travel between cities. All our needs have been taken into account. The hotels were fully compliant. Transport in cities - cars in good condition, for mini groups. Guides with decent qualifications. At our request, we added a master class on cooking pilaf in the family - it turned out to be a very interesting event for communicating with the hostess and cooking itself. There were additional requests during the trip - to book places for dinner, they helped with everything.
In general, the cooperation with the company made the most positive impression. They take into account the requests of tourists, an individual approach, and are ready to help with a variety of wishes.
