Excellent welcome and support upon arrival, 3. Full compliance with the Bonus program- room upgrade, welcome gift in the room, late check-out. 4. Historic building with excellent room renovation 5. The small number of rooms in the hotel is correspondingly quiet. 6. Excellent sound insulation- the neighbors are completely inaudible, even on weekends, when the load has increased many times. The sounds start at 10, from the slamming of doors by cleaners and guests leaving their rooms. 7. A small roof terrace, stylized as a bar, but what to go up there, what to order drinks - all this must be done through the reception. 8. Very customer-oriented staff. I even caught myself thinking that I was going over my requests, but no one raised an eyebrow or made it clear that I was intrusive. Of the features: 1. Location. Due to the fact that the hotel is located in the most sought-after part of the old town, vehicle traffic is limited here - you cannot take a taxi to the hotel from 10-20:00. You will be dropped off at the New Mosque, a 5’ walk from the hotel. When you call, the hotel will send an employee to help you. The only option is to order a driver with a permit to travel in the area. It's more about premium options in transportation companies, but it's worth it, especially if you have bulky luggage. 2. The restaurant does not have a separate room: breakfast and any other meal are served in the lobby. This may not be convenient for everyone. 3. The very controversial design of the toilet and shower cabin - against the background of the laconic classic design of the room, the mentioned rooms are implemented with opaque glass cubes. Next to the bed. The shower is still fine with it, but the toilet, in the absence of a silicone seal on the door, becomes leaky. Half a meter from the headboard of the bed is not comme il faut. If you live alone, you can still get over it, but if you are a couple, embarrassment is inevitable. 4. Hotel 5*-there is no brush. I asked the reception: "call every time and we will come to clean your toilet." Of course, I understand that the East is a delicate matter, but I don't want to be that bad. The second time, they brought a brush from the store. They are not really provided in the hotel. 5. Here I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if silence is important to you, then the rooms facing Findikci Street are noisy: there are 10 highly efficient industrial fans on the 3rd floor in the neighboring building. The work of even half of them in the cool period was perfectly audible during the day with the windows closed. I did not wait for the night and moved to the opposite side.

Excellent hotel, ideal location next to the Egyptian bazaar, 5 minutes to the Galata Bridge, on the 7th floor there is access to the roof with cozy tables with a wonderful view of the city, the rooms are clean and cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail

Nice hotel in the city center, very intimate. About 20-30 rooms. It is located in the old building of the German bank. One of the scenes of some part of "James Bond" was filmed here! The interior is beautiful, there is access to the roof, which offers a magnificent view of the city. There's a small jazz club inside, but unfortunately we haven't been there.
