There is a grocery store downstairs, you can take water for training and go home, I usually spend 200-300 rubles a week, prices are like in the city, but there are very tasty buns and very convenient semi-finished products: pay attention to the breaded schnitzels, it's delicious. The milk is always fresh, I got bread in the morning once and took it straight hot, although, in my opinion, it is brought a couple of times a day. So it's definitely always fresh.
