We came to the Illusion of Deception show, I am with three children and four tickets. We bought comfortable seats in advance: a sofa in the first row and one seat behind it in the second row. But when we arrived, our seat was occupied by a certain lady with her son, who generally had only one ticket for two. How she ended up in the hall without a ticket is a question for me. But as a result, the administration could not do ANYTHING and I had to separate the children - the eldest was graciously offered a place at the other end of the hall. After that, it was generally very difficult to tune in to the performance, the mood was at zero, the children turned sour. I didn't even hear an apology. It's just lovely!
