I would like to express my deep gratitude to the consultants of this ORO salon. I work nearby, I often come in and it's hard to leave without any purchase. The product range is not always large, but the girls who work there present it so competently that it is impossible to resist, especially Julia, most often I come only on her shift. I bought a diamond ring in February. This month, when I put on the ring, I discovered that one stone had fallen out. I brought the ring to the store, they sent it for examination. A week later, they called back and said that they would not be able to repair the ring, because it had been six months. The thing is expensive, but poorly made, since the stone fell out. At the same time, they refuse to correct obvious production flaws. I will not buy anything else in this store and I will recommend to all my friends not to buy anything here.
