The staff is friendly. The territory is well maintained. There is a place to park the car. The room is spacious with panoramic windows and a great view of the lake. The house looks very cool from the outside. Out of season, in April it is cool in the room, especially in the bathroom, but there is a small heat gun that will help in the room. Small ants were crawling near the sofa in the far corner, but they didn't seem to spread further along the room. There are not enough sockets - for example, for a floor lamp, a kettle and a refrigerator - which stand side by side, one outlet, choose one thing, and carry the other to another outlet. If you don't have a car, you won't go anywhere from there, just along the beach nearby. We didn't go to the restaurant, but it looks quite decent. Overall, it's good.
