I had a rather difficult case, I had to arrange a counter transaction (that is, sell my house and buy another one on the same day). At first I tried myself, but the process turned out to be quite complicated and nervous. I applied here. Anna Glebova, a realtor, and Elena Keda, an agent, worked with me. Both are very professional, polite, and get to the heart of the problem. I'm generally silent about legal subtleties, what they probably do themselves, and what the client needs is given a detailed algorithm (go there, take that, and with that there). In general, what we have can last for a long time, thanks to them, is reduced by a maximum of two per day. That is, you are guaranteed to go to one or another organization and you know that you have everything. They also organized the inspection of the options they liked, always at a convenient time. In fact, thanks to them, I organized the move myself, without looking at the legal red tape. I highly recommend this organization and these people for those who want to conduct a transparent transaction and at the same time not treat nerves after that (health is the most important thing). A nightmare and a fraud. I applied to the agency of Anna Tikhanskaya for the selection of the right apartment. She explained what she needed to find. Anna got on the phone at zoom. She singled out realtor Angela Sovkova, who threw off the options that I already saw on kufar. I said that it is necessary to constantly look at the options that appear and I am ready to wait for the one that suits my request. After that, the realtor disappeared. After a while, her colleague Natalia wrote to me instead of Angela, and sent me the same options and silence. I had to monitor the site myself. And when I found a suitable option, I sent Natalia a message asking her to call the owners and find out the details and readiness for the deal. Even with this, she couldn't cope, I had to ask my friends, so I live in another country. When the necessary option was found, I asked Natalia to organize the transaction and collect all the necessary documents for the transaction so that I could come to the transaction one day and arrange everything. I asked Natalia how they would check the documents, what set, how the transaction would go, whether we could make a secure payment through the bank. To which I faced discontent from Natalia and a comment that: "Marina, why do we need a bank, we ourselves, are you afraid of something?we have an accounting machine in our agency, we will count your money and you will give everything to the seller." Natalia reluctantly agreed to enroll me in the BTI for a deal and arrange for the collection of documents from the seller and named the price of 1,500 Belarusian rubles for this service. I agreed. I arrived at the BTI on the day of the transaction. I greeted Natalia, she said that a certain colleague Anna would conduct the transaction, after 5 minutes Natalia simply disappeared. Next is the most interesting part. Anna behaved rudely, familiarly. We came to the agency to pay, they don't have any calculating machine, the seller recalculated the money manually, and then Anna (let me remind you, I pay the agency commission, not the seller) takes the money in her hands and says that some bills have some seals on them and she does not recommend the seller to accept these bills. To which I offered to go to the bank. In response, I received whining from the seller that they did not want to pay taxes. And Anna said that let's go to the Vietnamese to change this money for a commission, which I will pay these Vietnamese from above. Of course, I was shocked. And she did not want to wander around with money in any Vietnamese and doorways and handed the seller $ 100 on top to solve the issue. In general, if you want to waste your money, then you work with these scammers. But this is the first time I've met such a level of incompetence and piggishness. After the deal, I wrote to Anna Tikhanskaya that I was just shocked that the realtor defended the seller's interests for my money and bargained more money from me right on the deal, apparently because I was in a position when I came from another country for a one-day deal and there was nowhere to go. To which Anna offered to call me and I have been waiting for her call for the second day

Completely disgusted with the service. I agreed with Irina Bogomoltseva, the realtor, to draw up a contract for the sale of an apartment at 9.00 on 10.11. She did not get in touch. I reminded her about myself on Whatsapp, the message was read, but there are still no signs of working with me. Perhaps she died and therefore could not answer me, then I offer my condolences and apologize for the trouble. What is the problem? You could have said right away: no, I won't work with you for such and such a reason. Kindergarten. Not a serious approach to work.
