Nice hotel. Clean. There is breakfast, there is something to choose from. The room has a kettle, glasses, refrigerator, TV. There are shops and cafes nearby.

Outwardly respectable. It's worse inside, by a C grade. The breakfast food is about nothing. The service and rooms are no higher than three, and maybe even lower. Maybe this is the norm for Osh.
