The air conditioner works well, it can be adjusted on and off. There are plenty of storage places, the room is spacious, there is a safe. Paid laundry services are provided. There is a restaurant on the top floor, and a buffet can be paid for on the spot. There is a swimming pool on the outdoor terrace. The rooms do not have a view of the bay. There are plenty of shops and cafes near the hotel, and most importantly, the beach is a 5-8min walk away. Moreover, it is on a free public beach, nearby you can also get to paid family beaches.

We stayed for one night during a long transfer. Getting from the airport is easy. It is very close to both the bus stop and the beach. There are shops and cafes nearby. A pleasant attitude towards tourists. The room has everything you need, a hairdryer, a safe, a mini fridge, a TV, and a tea set. It was nice that there was both a bathtub and a shower cabin. Soap products are available, but without toothbrushes and pastes. There is a bar on the second floor. There seems to be a bass player on the roof, but we haven't been there and I can't say anything about him. There are Bentley, Ferrari and Lotus dealerships right next to it, if anyone needs 😉😁. The eviction is at 12 o'clock, although it was indicated on Yandex that it would be at 7.30 am. And it pleased me.
