We always choose this hotel after we have stayed in it for the first time. It takes 8 minutes by taxi from the airport, which is very convenient for long-term transfers. There is also the possibility of early check-in and late check-out. An excellent breakfast both in terms of the variety of dishes and the quality of the products. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious dishes of national Uzbek and European cuisine. I want to thank the chef for the delicious dishes. It is possible to make a room service order. I often order a plate of fruit. I do not recall such a variety of fruits, including exotic berries, in any hotel or restaurant, we visited the SPA area with sauna, hammam, swimming pool (individual visit, by appointment) - delight! I was particularly impressed with the steam area (hammam). The rooms have wide comfortable beds, bathrobes, slippers, sets with toothpaste and a brush, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, kettle, free tea, coffee, two bottles of water. Beautiful design, comfort, cleanliness. We like to stay in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool in the courtyard. Quietly. Comfortably. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A beautiful, very clean hotel in a quiet location and 10 minutes from the train station, airport and the city center.
The beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are gorgeous - a buffet with a large selection.
There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, SPA, hammam, sauna, gym and lounge.
I highly recommend a decent hotel for those who appreciate impeccable cleanliness, silence and comfort.

A wonderful hotel, among perhaps the best hotels in Tashkent. Cozy, clean, excellent staff service. The hotel itself is not very big, it seems a little bigger in the photo, but everything is very beautiful and comfortable, the interiors are relaxing., it feels like they tried their best when creating the concept.Very varied and delicious breakfasts, and I didn't want to go to the city for dinner anymore. I definitely recommend it, I would have come back myself!

The hotel is great, the breakfast was good. Live music in the evenings. It is not very clear why the pool is open until 7 p.m., since most of the guests come for work, and you can only get to the spa for a fee. But these are small things. Otherwise, I liked everything.

Nice hotel. We lived in a family room. Everything is quite a four. The choice of food is not very large, but everything is very tasty (chicken sausages, pancakes with meat, the children ate with great pleasure). The staff is very friendly, happy to welcome guests and tries to fulfill all the requests of the guests. The room was cleaned well, clean. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the Gare du Nord.

Great hotel. Excellent service and excellent rooms, wonderful pool, good restaurant.
The restaurant serves food for a long time - as everywhere in Uzbekistan, from ordering to serving 40-60 minutes. But everything is very tasty and the dishes are beautiful.
Located 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the center. In general, it is convenient.
The breakfasts are good, nothing special, a fairly large set + can be ordered from the waiter.
Everything is clean.
There is a Jacuzzi in the pool, it is also a children's area.
Quite expensive. But this is a 4-4.5 star level.
There's not much to find fault with. This is one of the best hotels in Uzbekistan.

A cozy small hotel, located near the train station and the airport. We had a small room, but with all the amenities. The room is cozy, clean, cleaning and changing of towels every day. Good breakfasts in the morning. There is a restaurant in the hotel, you can eat in the evening, but even by European standards, it is not cheap. In the courtyard there is a clean swimming pool near which you can sunbathe. To this can be added the friendly staff. It's a long way from the city center, 15 minutes by car. So, if you don't care where to stay, I recommend this hotel in a quiet and peaceful area.

Despite the problem that arose, the solution of which will make it easier for many to relax in this place, the Manager Malika did everything to solve the problem.
I'll start with the location - 5 minutes to the railway station, 10 minutes to the airport, mostly residential area around, so it's quiet.
The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, we could not hear the neighboring rooms.
Breakfast, probably for the entire time of the trip to Uzbekistan, it was the first full breakfast.
A restaurant with European cuisine, everything is decent and delicious too.
There is an outdoor pool with sun beds and a spa on site

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival, the hotel staff entered our situation (there was no national currency) and offered to check in first, after which they paid for the room. They suggested places where you can exchange currency, conducted a short tour of the hotel.
It is worth noting the cleanliness and freshness of the room, as well as the absence of outside sounds: we did not hear any neighbors, planes, or trains, despite the relative proximity to the airport and railway tracks.
A very tasty and varied breakfast and food from the restaurant menu.
We will definitely give preference to this hotel when traveling to Tashkent next time.

This, of course, is not "premium" as they position themselves.
Surprising disadvantages:
1. Very narrow beds in twin rooms. We almost fell down last night. And we're all small girls. Number 307, for example. Nowhere else in hotels do I find such narrow beds. It feels like a shelf in a compartment. Why save money if you are building a "cool hotel"?
2. The room faces a noisy street and the noise is audible even with the windows closed.
3. Rooms of unequal size. We took the same twin with friends. They have a wider and more comfortable space between the wall and the beds.
4. It takes a very long time to respond to whatsapp - a couple of hours. I have to call a mobile number. This is not always convenient when roaming.
5. A very expensive spa. At the Hilton in Samarkand, all cosmetic procedures are 2-3 times cheaper.
6. When cleaning, gels were not put on the 2nd day. We need to dial at the reception, ask. They brought it quickly. But I don't want to remind you of the basic things.
Positive:
A delicious and varied breakfast. Great sandwiches.
The staff is polite, they try to fulfill requests. For example, they asked for ice and brought it.
The spa was booked for an hour. We swam in the indoor pool. There was a good hammam and a sauna.
For the same price, there was, for example, a Hilton in Samarkand and this is a completely different level.
Another of the jokes - the door did not open immediately when applying the card. It turned out that "because of the holidays, we didn't have time to fix it, and it happens." it is necessary for yourself, and then from yourself - then the magnet works. In a $ 110 hotel, you want to relax a night, and not think about nonsense.

The waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and fulfilled any requests, very good-natured) what can't be said about the staff at the reception, the lady who evicted us from the room when we were rushing to the plane, detained us until she checked whether we had paid all the bills the day before, then sent the maid to the room to find out if we had not taken anything. The day before, they did not update our towels and left them for only one person, as a result, the lady thought that we had taken them away, and this despite the fact that we were in a good hotel and had paid 3.5 million bills in a couple of days the day before. We had a card linked to the booking, which guarantees payment in case of any problems, and why delay and double-check everything in front of us is unclear. But overall, the impression of the hotel remained pleasant, I think we will come back. I hope the service will become more friendly :) thanks
