Exceptional Experience with Outstanding Staff I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place, surrounded by truly amazing people. The entire staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful, making my stay truly unforgettable. The location is perfect, with everything within a convenient 7 to 10-minute walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to each day. Special Thanks must go to Bahar, Seda, Ata, Mohammad, and Bilal, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Bilal even prepared a special breakfast for me at 4 am, which was truly appreciated. If you're looking for a place where the staff will go out of their way to help you, look no further.

The hotel is located in Goreme, I think it's a 10-minute walk to the village center. There you can find shops like şok and a101, as well as the Ramiz köftecisi location. This is very useful information, as the prices in restaurants are very high. The hotel is located so that the balloons can be seen from its terrace and some rooms. There are different numbers. The smallest is 20 sq.m., exit to the courtyard. We had a room with a 35sqm Jacuzzi and a balcony facing the floating balloons. A coffee maker, a TV, a small refrigerator, a tea set - all this is there. There is a nice-sized pool and sun loungers. The hotel has excellent breakfasts here. The omelet is not fried, but there were eggs cooked in several ways. There is also yogurt in packages, honey in honeycombs, vegetables/fruits, cheeses, etc. snacks. The pastries are delicious. During the day, the restaurant offers pizza, burgers, salads (not included in the price). You can buy guided tours and balloon rides at the reception. The staff is very well-mannered, polite and attentive. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. If we are still in these parts, we will choose the same hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel. The rooms are simple and clean. Excellent breakfasts. There is a playground on the roof from which we watched the balloons. The hotel is conveniently located!
