Наплевательское отношение к клиенту. Поставил систему СНПЧ на плоттер, ленту крепил резинками какими то, которые со временем иссохлись и порвались. На просьбу восстановить -cсылка на 10-ти дневные выходные и личные дела. Человек один в фирме, ничего не успевает. Его личные проблемы на первом месте, проблемы клиентов - на 10-м....
